The star of this workout is Pushups! Luckily, they can be very versatile for every fitness level. You can do them on a bench, a chair, a table, you name it! Your arms will feel toned and defined. Do this full-body workout for 5 sets with a 1–2-minute rest in between. For an additional challenge set a timer and do some AMRAP’s.

- 5×15 Pushups
- 5×50 Jumping Jacks
- 5×20 Lunges
- 5×20 Squats
- 5×15 Tricep Dips
- 5×25 Crunches
- 5×30 Second Plank
