We want you to live life in color to the fullest. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we have a 60-day return policy, hassle free. Return instructions are as follows:
Items on our site can be returned within 60 days from the delivery date.
If, for some unlikely reason, you’ve received an incorrect item, damaged item, or are missing an item from your order, please submit a ticket to our Support Team, and we will do our best to fix the problem.
Return Standards & Conditions
We can gladly refund your purchase or exchange it for something else.
Exchanges can only be the same item in an alternate size.
If your exchange is unavailable or out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, with hangtag attached.
Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
For domestic US customers, the label cost will be deducted automatically from the product(s) you are returning.
If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 3-5 business days.
